When did you start with Advanced Dermatology?
I started with Advanced Dermatology in June of 2017.
What should patients know to help them experience a smoother check in or check out when they arrive at the practice?
One of the best ways to make check-in easier is to fill out the patient update forms at home.
What is your favorite holiday memory?
My favorite holiday memory is celebrating Christmas Eve at my grandparents’ house with my extended family. My cousins and I would stay up way past our bedtimes playing the card game UNO.

I will “Pay it forward” when I stop at a drive-thru for coffee and pay for the coffee for the person in back of me.

I started at Advanced Dermatology on September 26, 2016.
What should patients know to help them experience a smoother check in or check out when they arrive at the practice?
I think the check in process would go much smoother if the patients would fill out their patient history forms and activate their coupons through Brilliant Distinctions® & Aspire® online for cosmetic treatments or discounts prior to their visit.
What is your favorite holiday memory?
Last year was my first holiday season working here and I must say, it was very exciting! In addition to “Secret Santa”, we do a spirit week, which includes activities such as a cookie exchange and a ugly holiday sweater day!

I will try to spread kindness everywhere I go this holiday season by exuding positivity and smiling! I believe a compliment can significantly improve someone’s day. You never know what an individual is going through.
